I know what you are thinking. It’s a pandemic . People barely can do anything fun. You work at home and you relax at home. Same thing every day! We are on a vicious cycle.


But you have to keep moving. It’s very important. Something as easy as moving your body gets your heart beating and the blood flowing through your body more than usual! This is a good thing! Studies show that we need 30 mins of exercise 3 times or more a week. Well, that’s not going to happen sitting down at home!!! Move people!! Even if it’s for 15 mins!
